Eden Conero. Well yes, the Conero area is a proper paradise!

My name is Cristina and for many years now I’ve been in love with all things tourism.

And seeing that I live in such a marvelous place … here comes the desire to get in the tourism game so that so many others can discover this area and fall in love with it like I have.

I have always wanted to lend my professionalism to taking care of travelers. And now that I have found the accommodation that fits perfectly with my idea of hospitality… it’s here!

I offer my guests two distinct offers, apartments and rooms. Both solutions are located in the heart of Numana, a few steps from the sea, completely renovated in 2022/2023.

Park your car (free pass for street parking),  the accommodation is in an ideal location where you can move around freely on foot. All basic services are a pleasant walking distance away. The nearby beaches “Spiaggia del frate” and “La Spiaggiola” are reachable on foot. There’s a free beach shuttle for the beaches of Numana Bassa and Marcelli, and for those a bit farther away (Sirolo, Porto Recanati) there are paid bus lines available.

THE ROOMS

Colours, authenticity, uniqueness, EMOTIONS. I personally and carefully chose the rooms design. That’s why they’ve been completely refurbished, studying the smallest details. The furniture has been handmade by local artisans and each room is different from the others. Equipped with all amenities, they are perfect for you to spend a carefree and no-frills holiday. In addition to this, there is a piece of forniture with free use of sink, coffe machine with pods, tea, herbal teas and microwave oven, . A common area, with sink, washing machine, drying rack and luggage storage is at  guests disposal on the ground floor.
